A semi-structured workshop: “Trace change until today” (3h) To initiate discussion about the changes between the farmers and the ergonomist, based on a schematic construction of the process of change

Four tracking interviews (updates of the chronicle of change, 1h each) To pursue the goals of the semi-structured workshop over time by carrying on adding information to the chronicle of change (Fig. 3)
A synthetic interview (2h) To identify the goals and/or difficulties that are no longer perceived as such by the farmers, or reformulate them according to their evolution
  To identify the goals and/or difficulties of most concern to the farmers
  To build an "action plan" to achieve a goal and/or overcome a difficulty
